About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our corporate HR team in managing end-to-end HR functions for a manufacturing setup. This role will provide exposure to recruitment, employee lifecycle management, and HR operations within a structured corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and trackers
2. HR Operations
- Support in employee onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update employee records (HRMS/Excel)
- Assist in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents
- Handle attendance and leave records (if required)
3. Employee Engagement
- Support in organizing employee engagement activities and events
- Assist in internal communication initiatives
- Contribute ideas to improve workplace culture
4. HR Compliance & Documentation
- Assist in maintaining compliance records and reports
- Support audit-related documentation
- Ensure proper filing and documentation of HR records
5. General HR Support
- Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS
- Support day-to-day administrative HR tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Pursuing or recently completed MBA (HR) / BBA (HR) / Any relevant field
- Strong interest in HR functions within manufacturing/corporate setup
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
