We are looking for a skilled, confident, and motivated Telecaller Cum Receptionist to manage front-office operations, handle client communications, and support daily administrative activities. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to interact effectively with clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
- Attend and guide walk-in clients and visitors
- Provide information about courses, services, and programs
- Maintain call records, enquiries, and follow-ups
- Coordinate appointments and schedules
- Support administrative and front-desk activities
- Maintain a professional and welcoming reception environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / Email handling)
- Strong customer-handling ability
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to multitask and manage enquiries efficiently
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in telecalling, reception, or customer support
- Knowledge of CRM or enquiry management is an advantage
- Fluency in English and Malayalam preferred
