Overview:
ICIMS is seeking a Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dynamic and highly analytical finance professional to help propel the business forward through data-driven forecasts and impactful insights. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement and automation in financial and operational reporting, budget analysis, and approval workflows through Adaptive Insights and NetSuite. You will also play a key role in forecasting, the annual operating plan, and analyses supporting growth objectives. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, FP&A and offers high visibility across finance and leadership teams. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams across iCIMS, including Technology, Product Management, and G&A, to support financial planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning across multiple areas of the P&L using Adaptive Insights and Excel
- Track and analyze monthly actuals vs. plan and forecast; investigate variances and clearly communicate results to business partners
- Partner with teams across Technology, Product Management, G&A, and other functions to drive financial insights and support decision-making
- Manage headcount planning and tracking, including forecasting hiring needs in partnership with business leaders and HR
- Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support
- Aggregate and reconcile data from systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, data warehouse, HR systems, and Excel into Adaptive Insights
- Support annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range planning (LRP) processes
- Support ongoing financial reporting and continuously improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency

Develop scalable, automated dashboards to provide benchmarking and progress against key performance goals and initiatives.

Consistently ensure that business is always conducted with integrity and that behavior aligns with iCIMS policies, procedures and values
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in finance, management consulting or financial accounting and analysis.

Strong accounting background and capability to model three statements
- Experience with NetSuite, Adaptive Insights and Workday is preferred.

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) and emerging capabilities such as AI agents, with a willingness to learn and apply them to improve productivity and analysis

Excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to turn data into a story for our business partners.
Preferred:
- BS/BA in accounting, finance, or related field.
