Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced MEP Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising, coordinating, and monitoring MEP works at project sites, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor MEP works at construction sites.
- Coordinate MEP activities with civil and other project teams.
- Review and understand MEP drawings, layouts, specifications, and BOQs.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site engineers.
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed as per schedule.
- Inspect installations and ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical and site-level issues.
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspection, and handover activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly progress reports and MEP documentation.
- Monitor material requirements and coordinate with the procurement team.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.

- Electrical installation and maintenance
- Electrical panels, DBs, cables, lighting, power distribution, and earthing
- Plumbing and drainage systems
- Water supply and piping works
- Fire protection and fire-fighting systems
- Fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, and fire piping
- Building mechanical systems and maintenance
- Pumps, motors, ventilation, and basic HVAC systems
- Elevator / Lift installation and coordination
- Testing and commissioning of MEP systems
- MEP drawing reading and site coordination
- Contractor and vendor management
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction/project sites.
- Experience in commercial buildings, residential projects, malls, hotels, or institutional projects will be preferred.
