Role Overview
We’re looking for a data-driven Google Ads Specialist with 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns. You’ll be responsible for driving traffic, leads, and ROI through effective campaign strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting
- Write compelling ad copy and optimize creatives
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting
- Conduct A/B testing for ads and landing pages
- Track conversions and analyze data using Google Analytics
- Generate performance reports with actionable insights
- Stay updated with PPC trends and platform updates
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in managing Google Ads campaigns
- Strong understanding of PPC metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS)
- Hands-on experience with conversion tracking and remarketing
- Proficiency in tools like Google Ads Editor, Analytics, and keyword planners
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Good communication and reporting skills
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
