R&D Electronics Team Leader

Job Summary
The R&D Electronics PCB Team Leader will be responsible for leading the electronics and PCB designteam in the development of innovative products and solutions. The role involves managing end-to-endelectronic product development, PCB design and validation, team supervision, project execution,troubleshooting, and coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure timely delivery ofprojects.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Lead and supervise the Electronics and PCB Design team.
- Plan, assign, and monitor team activities and project milestones.
- Review circuit designs, PCB layouts, and technical documentation.
- Guide engineers and trainees in electronics development and debugging.
Product Development
- Design and develop analogy and digital electronic circuits.
- Lead schematic design and multilayer PCB development.
- Develop prototypes and conduct functional testing.
- Ensure products meet performance, quality, and regulatory requirements.
PCB Design & Validation
- Review PCB layouts for manufacturability and reliability.
- Coordinate PCB fabrication and assembly activities.
- Conduct design verification, validation, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure proper documentation of PCB revisions and engineering changes.
Project Management
- Prepare project plans and timelines.
- Monitor project progress and ensure on-time completion.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, and Sales teams.
- Report project status and technical updates to management.
Process Improvement
- Establish and maintain R&D standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in product development.
- Maintain design databases, BOMs, and technical records.
- Support cost optimization and design improvement activities.
Team Development
- Conduct technical training and mentoring sessions.
- Evaluate team performance and provide feedback.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electronics & Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Electronics Design and PCB Development.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in team handling or leadership role.
Technical Skills
- PCB Design Software (Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, OrCAD, or similar).
- Schematic Capture and PCB Layout Design.
- Analog and Digital Circuit Design.
- Microcontrollers and Embedded Systems.
- PCB Manufacturing and Assembly Processes.
- Circuit Testing and Debugging.
- BOM Management and Documentation.
- Knowledge of EMI/EMC and Design Standards.

Pay: ₹11,159.61 - ₹44,328.42 per month
