Key Responsibilities
- Design innovative and marketable collections of men's shirts.
- Research fashion trends, customer preferences, and competitor products to develop new concepts.
- Create pattern and CADs.
- Develop seasonal collections.
- Select suitable fabrics, trims, accessories, prints, embroidery, washes, and finishes.
- Work closely with the merchandising, sourcing, sampling, and production teams to develop prototypes and final products.
- Review sample garments and recommend improvements in fit, construction, quality, and styling.
- Coordinate with Jobworker and factories during product development.
- Maintain design documentation, tech packs, and product specifications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
