Job Title: HSE / Safety Officer (Fresher) Location: Construction Site / Warehouse Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹35,000 per month Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and responsible HSE/Safety Officer to ensure a safe working environment at our construction sites or warehouses. Fresh graduates with relevant safety qualifications are encouraged to apply. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily safety inspections and identify workplace hazards. Ensure proper use of PPE by all employees and contractors. Conduct safety inductions and toolbox talks. Monitor compliance with HSE policies and statutory safety regulations. Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses. Maintain safety records, checklists, and inspection reports. Support emergency drills, fire safety, and first aid preparedness. Promote a positive safety culture across the site.
