Profile -Event Sales Manager – MICE
EXP: 5–8 years
CTC Range: upto 15 LPA (fixed+variable) (Depend on the interview)
Location: Sector-6, Noida
Working - 5 Days Saturday (WFH) (9:30TO6:30PM)
Travel Requirement: Moderate to High
Key Responsibilities : Business Development & Sales
- Identify and pursue new MICE business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, travel management companies, and industry partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections.
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry exhibitions to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements and provide customized event solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to maximize profitability.
- Maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with operations, catering, marketing, and venue teams for seamless event execution.
- Ensure all event requirements are communicated effectively to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor event progress and address client concerns promptly.
Revenue Management
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop sales strategies to increase market share.
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Forecast revenue and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Maintain CRM records and client databases.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in MICE sales, hospitality sales, event sales, or corporate sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Relationship-building and networking expertise.
- Knowledge of the MICE industry and event management processes.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- MICE revenue generated.
- Number of new accounts acquired.
- Conversion ratio of leads to confirmed business.
- Client retention and repeat business rate.
- Average event value and profitability.
- Achievement of sales targets.
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
