We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Executive to join our team at our Wadgaon Sheri, Pune office. This role is a mix of general office management, vendor coordination, and basic billing/invoicing. The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, tech-savvy, and ready to start immediately.
Job Details
- Location: Wadgaon Sheri, Pune (100% In-Office)
- Experience Required: 1 to 3 Years
- Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Depending on experience)
- Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only
Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration & Housekeeping: Manage day-to-day office operations and oversee housekeeping (HK) staff to maintain a clean, organized workplace.
- Invoicing & Inward Management: Handle basic billing, generate invoices, match invoices against purchase orders (POs)/goods receipts, and log entries into the system.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors (stationery, internet, pantry, maintenance) and manage timely supply replenishment.
- Data & Excel Reporting: Maintain accurate office records, validate backend data, and generate daily/weekly reports using MS Excel.
Requirements & Skills
- Education: Graduate in any stream (B.Com / BBA preferred).
- Technical Skills: Good hands-on experience with MS Excel and computer operations. Exposure to any invoicing/billing or ERP software is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Language: Fluent in English and Hindi/Marathi.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
