Experience Required: 1–2 years of experience in outbound calling/sales (preferably in Life Insurance)
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers from provided leads.
- Pitch relevant life insurance products effectively.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance plans.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience.
