Shree Institute of Progressive Studies is seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable, and student-focused faculty member for the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program. The candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, mentoring students, contributing to academic development, and supporting institutional activities aimed at enhancing student learning and employability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach subjects related to the Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and assessments.
- Conduct theory and practical classes effectively.
- Evaluate student performance and provide academic guidance.
- Mentor students in projects, seminars, and career development activities.
- Maintain academic records and attendance as per institute guidelines.
- Participate in departmental meetings, admissions, examinations, and institutional events.
- Stay updated with developments in computer science and emerging technologies.
Qualification:
- MCA or M.Tech (Computer Science/IT).
- Teaching experience preferred but not mandatory.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of computer applications and programming concepts.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to engage and motivate students.
