Job Summary
IITG.Jobs is looking for an experienced Training & Productivity Manager (Corporate Relationship Manager) to lead and mentor a high-performing CRM team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, productivity management, client acquisition, and revenue growth while ensuring exceptional team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, train, and manage a team of at least 10 Corporate Relationship Managers.
Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of monthly sales and acquisition targets.
Drive end-to-end corporate client acquisition, from lead generation to onboarding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business pitches.
Prepare proposals, commercials, and contracts, and close business deals.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Coordinate with recruitment and HR teams to deliver client requirements.
Prepare MIS reports, sales pipeline reports, and forecasts.
Requirements
Graduate/MBA/PGDM in Management, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
5–10 years of experience in B2B sales or corporate client acquisition.
Minimum 1 year of team handling experience.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Result-oriented with excellent client relationship management abilities.
