Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting our clothing and textile products, generating sales, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and prospective customers through phone calls.
- Introduce and promote the company's clothing and textile products.
- Explain product features, pricing, and ongoing offers to customers.
- Generate new leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Follow up with customers regarding orders, payments, and repeat purchases.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil ,English and additional language
- Knowledge of an additional language is mandatory; Malayalam is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
