Logistics Executive

Role Overview:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Logistics Executive to manage our dispatch operations and ensure the timely delivery of our industrial products to B2B clients. The ideal candidate will actively coordinate with transporters, track shipments, resolve transit issues, and maintain accurate dispatch records to ensure a smooth and efficient supply chain for the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the daily packing and dispatch of bearings and industrial products, ensuring all orders are processed and labeled accurately.
- Liaise with courier partners, local transporters, and delivery personnel to schedule pickups and negotiate cost-effective freight rates.
- Track outgoing shipments continuously and provide proactive updates to both the sales team and clients regarding delivery statuses.
- Address and resolve any logistical delays, transit damages, or documentation discrepancies (such as E-way bills or delivery challans) promptly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date daily records of all dispatch logs, freight charges, and inventory movement.
Requirements:
- Education: 12th Grade (HSC) pass or Bachelor’s Degree.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English, excellent organizational and time-management skills, ability to multitask under pressure, and proficiency in MS Excel for dispatch record-keeping.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
