Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive who has hands-on experience working on Upwork. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the platform, including bidding on projects, client communication, and project acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and bid on relevant web development and mobile application projects on Upwork.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to generate recurring business.
- Create compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Understand client needs and communicate project requirements with internal teams.
- Track project progress and ensure timely follow-ups with potential clients.
- Meet monthly targets for project acquisition and revenue generation.
Requirements:
- 6 months to 2 years of experience working on Upwork or similar freelancing platforms.
- Strong understanding of Upwork’s bidding system, client communication, and proposal strategies.
- Knowledge of web development and mobile app projects to effectively bid and communicate with clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
