Program Project Leadership
Lead endtoend OpenText xECM implementation and migration programs
Manage project risks issues dependencies and change requests
Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical solutions
Solution Delivery Oversight
Work with solution architects to develop ECM solution architectures
Participate in discovery workshops and requirement gathering sessions
Provide leadership during solution design and architecture reviews
Drive employee file management and digital content transformation initiatives
