About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Ward Nursing Team. The ideal candidate should be patient-focused, responsible, and confident in providing quality nursing care while working closely with doctors and the healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and quality nursing care to admitted patients.
- Monitor vital signs and patients' clinical condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing and patient documentation.
- Follow infection-control, patient-safety, and hospital SOPs.
- Manage patient admission, transfer, discharge, and handover.
- Educate patients and attendants regarding basic care and treatment instructions.
- Maintain ward equipment, supplies, and emergency preparedness.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.
