Job Overview:
This primary responsibility of this position is solve a variety of technological challenges for the asset.
Key Deliverables:
- Setup IT Infrastructure
- 99% uptime of all I.T infrastructure
- Adherence to operating expense budget for I.T infrastructure
- Integration of third party tool, software with existing mall systems for reports
Key Interactions:
- For Internal Centre Director Purpose Centre Director
- For External Vendor
Key Responsibilites:
- Setup IT Infrastructure – Data and Voice including Security systems such as CCTV, Mall Foot Counting System, Wi-Fi infrastructure setup
- Key Responsibility will be Installation Management in co-ordination with the third party vendors, testing & commissioning & training management
- Managing tenant requirement basis the signed agreement for providing infrastructure for telephony, POS & Swipe machines connectivity, Internal LAN, broadband, Wifi.
- 99% uptime of all I.T infrastructure – Connectivity, Communication & Security & Safety
- Adherence to operating expense budget for I.T infrastructure
- Managing mall management infrastructure – IP surveillance, Access control & time management system, IP telephony, Footfalls systems, IT systems
- Managing set up and operations of Food Court billing & cashiering system
- Preparing all SOPs and drafting SLAs with all the service providers for IT infrastructure
- Integration of third party tool, software with existing mall systems for reports
