Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming café environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes
- Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently
- Take customer orders accurately and handle billing/payment
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, equipment, and seating area
- Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality of beverages
- Manage inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other supplies
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and company policies at all times
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints politely and professionally
- Assist with opening and closing duties as required
Skills & Requirements
- Basic knowledge of coffee preparation (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-friendly attitude with a positive mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
