We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads while managing client growth, lead generation, and revenue-focused campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.
- Manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, Demand Gen, Shopping, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta Lead Generation, Sales, Conversion, Traffic, Awareness, Engagement, Video Views, WhatsApp, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage LinkedIn Lead Generation, Website Conversion, Traffic, Awareness, Video, Message, Conversation, Event Promotion, and Recruitment campaigns.
- Develop full-funnel marketing strategies (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU).
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
- Perform A/B testing for audiences, creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Set up and manage GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Conversion Tracking, and UTM tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Work closely with designers, content creators, video editors, and web developers to improve campaign performance.
- Optimize landing pages and customer journeys to improve conversions.
- Present campaign insights, recommendations, and performance reports to clients.
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates, advertising trends, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong understanding of Lead Generation, E-commerce, and B2B Marketing.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Preferred
- Previous advertising agency experience.
- Google Ads Certification.
- Meta Blueprint Certification.
- LinkedIn Marketing Certification.
