- Job Profile – Mother Teacher (GSEB Gujarati Medium Primary Section)
A Mother Teacher is responsible for the overall academic, emotional, social, and behavioral development of students in the assigned primary class. The teacher handles multiple subjects and acts as the primary mentor for the students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach all prescribed subjects as per the GSEB curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans and teaching-learning materials.
- Create a positive, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Maintain classroom discipline and ensure student well-being.
- Conduct regular assessments, classwork, and homework evaluation.
- Monitor and record students' academic and behavioral progress.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Organize co-curricular activities, projects, and classroom events.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and life skills among students.
- Maintain student records, attendance, and other school documentation.
- Participate in school functions, meetings, workshops, and training programs.
- Support the holistic development of every child through guidance and counseling.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Ed. preferred.
- Good communication skills in Gujarati.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong classroom management and child-handling skills
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
