Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive who can develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, generate quality B2B leads, and maximize online sales and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, website optimization, and improve search engine rankings.
- Create engaging content for social media, blogs, email marketing, and promotional campaigns.
- Generate high-quality B2B leads through digital marketing channels.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Improve website traffic, lead conversion rates, and user engagement.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Design teams for successful campaign execution.
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify new digital marketing opportunities.
- Maintain brand consistency and enhance the company's online reputation.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Experience with LinkedIn Marketing and B2B Lead Generation.
- Knowledge of Content Marketing, Email Marketing, and Social Media Management.
- Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in the Cosmetics, Beauty, Fragrance, FMCG, or Personal Care industry will be an added advantage.
