Student Care Manager (SCM) – Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for students after admission.
- Conduct student onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain regular communication with students and address their concerns.
- Monitor student attendance, progress, and overall engagement.
- Coordinate with faculty and branch staff to resolve academic or operational issues.
- Guide students regarding classes, training schedules, assessments, and OJT/placements.
- Follow up with students who are absent or have low attendance.
- Ensure students complete required documentation and formalities.
- Maintain accurate student records and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Coordinate with the Accounts team regarding fee follow-ups, if required.
- Collect student feedback and work towards improving the student experience.
- Ensure students comply with institutional policies and maintain discipline.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the Branch Manager or Operations Head.
- Support students until successful course completion and placement/OJT.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and counseling abilities.
- Good organizational and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting.
- Ability to handle students professionally and empathetically.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
