Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the organization's financial planning, accounting operations, budgeting, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and experience in the hospitality or retail industry (preferred).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger.
- Develop and monitor annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow.
- Ensure timely completion of statutory compliances, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and ROC filings.
- Coordinate with auditors for internal, statutory, and tax audits.
- Monitor financial performance and provide MIS reports to management.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve profitability.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company financial policies.
- Manage banking relationships, fund flow, and working capital requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounts team.
- Support business expansion, budgeting, and strategic financial planning.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- MBA in Finance / PGDM (Finance) from a recognized institution.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
- Experience in the hospitality, restaurant, retail, or FMCG industry will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
Pay: From ₹1,500,000.00 per year
