Job Summary
We are seeking a result-oriented and analytical SEM Manager to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across multiple business verticals. The role will be responsible for driving lead generation, admissions inquiries, product visibility, and brand awareness through strategic Search Engine Marketing (SEM), performance marketing, and digital campaign management initiatives.
The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn advertising, campaign analytics, lead conversion optimization, and multi-channel digital marketing strategies.

Key Result Areas (KRA) & Responsibilities
1. SEM Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop and implement SEM strategies aligned with business objectives
- Plan and execute paid campaigns for:
- Student admissions and academic programs
- Real estate project promotions and lead generation
- Industrial product branding and B2B marketing
- Define campaign goals, audience targeting, bidding strategies, budgets, and timelines
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend analysis
2. Paid Campaign Execution & Optimization
- Manage campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- LinkedIn Ads
- Optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and ROI
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and ad copies
- Ensure continuous optimization based on campaign performance data
3. Lead Generation & Conversion Management
- Monitor and improve lead generation funnels
- Coordinate with admissions, sales, and marketing teams for lead nurturing and conversions
- Implement remarketing and retargeting campaigns
- Track campaign performance through CRM and analytics tools
4. Analytics, Reporting & Insights
- Analyse campaign performance using tools such as:
- Google Analytics
- Google Tag Manager
- CRM dashboards
- Ad platform analytics
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to management
- Monitor KPIs including:
- Lead Cost
- Conversion Rate
- ROAS
- Website Traffic
- Quality Score
5. Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently
- Ensure optimum allocation of media spend across platforms
- Coordinate with external agencies, media partners, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and advertising policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field
- 3–6 years of experience in SEM / Performance Marketing / Campaign Management
- Proven experience managing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in education, real estate, or B2B industrial marketing
- Knowledge of admissions campaigns and lead nurturing
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM platforms
- Google Ads Certification or related digital marketing certifications will be an added advantage
