Job Title: Customer Support Associate – Real Estate
Job Overview
We are looking for a Customer Support Associate to handle client interactions, resolve queries, and ensure a smooth customer experience in the real estate process.s.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat queries
- Provide information about property listings, pricing, availability, and site visits
- Coordinate with sales teams for lead assignment and follow-ups
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems
- Schedule property visits and assist clients throughout the booking process
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into site visits
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in real estate or sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of real estate processes and terminology
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-first mindset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in real estate, property management, or brokerage firms
- Knowledge of local property markets
- Fluency in multiple languages (e.g., English + Hindi)
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
