Commis staff support kitchen operations through basic food preparation, ingredient handling, and the maintenance of kitchen organisation and hygiene. Their responsibilities include assisting in tasks such as cutting, chopping, and mise en place, supporting butchery and raw material handling where required, organising and maintaining storage areas including cold storage, and ensuring proper arrangement and cleanliness of refrigerators. They are also responsible for handling the movement of ingredients between stores and the kitchen, following instructions from senior kitchen staff, and consistently maintaining hygiene and cleanliness standards at all times.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
