- Manpower (Technical) recruiting and deployment at site for smooth operation.
- Weekly / monthly Technical Training to site Employees
- Daily, weekly and monthly (MMR) reports preparation and presenting to client.
- New site survey and 100% man power deployment from first day.
- Review with Client representative regarding various maintenance issue & Improvement.
- Planning and Attending shutdown as per client requirements.
- Identification & implementation Safe working practices.
- Ensure overall plant projects & maintenance activities of Electromechanical equipment, Transformers, HT & LT lines, HT & LT panels, DG’s, UPS, HVAC system, WTP, STP, Firefighting system etc. and achieved 99.99% uptime.
- Liaison works with Govt. Agencies viz, PCB, BESCOM, CEIG, BWSSB, etc.
- Preparation of transition checklist for all MEP.
- HOTO Preparation and execution according to the standard check list prepared as per site requirement.
- Snagging & De-snagging of Complete MEP System in the property as per the site-specific standards.
- Preparation and implementation of 52 weeks preventive planned maintenance schedule
For each and every electro-mechanical equipment/system.
- Follow up with the AMC vendor to attend the breakdown as per the contract SLA.
- CCTV.ACCESS CONTROLS Systems Maintenance.
- Coordination with the client and the vendor for the renewal of AMC.
- Preparation and implementation of 52 weeks planner.
- Monitoring the scheduled preventive maintenance services by the AMC vendor of all the Equipment’s under AMC as per the agreement.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
