Hiring: Banquet Sales Manager | Ahmedabad
Experience: 3-5 Years in Hotel Banquet Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate banquet and event business to achieve revenue targets.
- Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and wedding organizers.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and event negotiations.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders (BEOs).
- Coordinate with Operations and Banquet teams for flawless event execution.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales, business development, and client relationship management.
- Knowledge of banquet operations and event planning.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and Hotel PMS.
Qualification: Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
