Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare structured lesson plans for Hindi, Mathematics, and English, and deliver engaging, student-centered classes that align with FLN objectives and encourage active participation.
- Focus on improving students' literacy and numeracy levels through innovative, activity-based, and interactive teaching methods tailored to diverse learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and assignments, maintain accurate records, and analyze results to measure learning outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Offer additional guidance and targeted support to students struggling with concepts, ensuring no learner is left behind and all achieve measurable growth.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and motivating classroom atmosphere that encourages discipline, confidence-building, and curiosity for learning.
- Work closely with school staff, LSE Mentors, and the career counsellor to ensure smooth delivery of the program and alignment with overall objectives along with students.
- Keep accurate records of attendance, lesson delivery, assessment outcomes, and student progress, and submit timely reports to the Program Manager.
- Actively participate in training workshops and learning sessions, adopt new teaching strategies and digital tools, and continuously improve classroom delivery.
Note: Additional smaller coordination-related tasks may arise based on the Trust's requirements.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
