We are looking for a Marketing Executive. The role involves daily visits, client meetings, presentations.The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, presenting our services, and converting qualified leads into successful customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, email, and in-person meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct consultations and provide accurate information to prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and nurture them throughout the sales process.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience.
Qualifications
- Masers in marketing
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telecalling, or business development.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
