We are looking for a candidate who can handle client communication and coordinate with the lab team for electrical testing and calibration work.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client calls, emails & maintain relationships
- Coordinate with lab engineers to plan and assign testing/calibration work on time
- Ensure work is done properly and completed as per timeline
- Understand customer requirements (NABL scope)
- Maintain records and reports properly
- Ensure work follows NABL & ISO standards
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of electrical field
- MS Office knowledge
- Good coordination & multitasking
Qualification:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering
- OR Any Graduate
Experience:
0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
