Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and patient-focused Patient Counsellor to join our aesthetic and plastic surgery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding patients through their treatment journey, explaining procedures and pricing, and helping patients make informed decisions regarding surgical and non-surgical treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel patients for aesthetic and plastic surgery procedures
- Explain treatment plans, procedures, pricing, and post-treatment care
- Convert patient enquiries into consultations and treatment procedures
- Follow up with prospective patients and maintain lead records
- Coordinate with doctors and internal hospital teams for a smooth patient experience
- Build strong relationships with patients through empathetic communication
- Achieve monthly consultation and conversion targets
Skills Required
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong convincing and follow-up ability
- Friendly and patient-focused approach
- Basic sales and counselling skills
- Experience in healthcare / aesthetic clinic preferred
Pay: ₹11,012.51 - ₹30,000.00 per month
