Day to day support of customer cisco collaboration infrastructure
- Design, implement and support contact center infrastructure in a primarily Cisco environment- Dial plans, PBX, gateways, Cisco communication manager, Cisco Cube, and Cisco integrated systems and software.
- Ability to perform moves, adds, and changes via Call Manager and Unity Connection
- Demonstrated experience troubleshooting telco related issues
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide appropriate resolutions in alignment with contracted Service Level Agreements
- Support, monitor, maintain Cisco UC infrastructure
