Dictumnet is a consultancy that helps businesses handle their legal paperwork, including ESI, PF, labor licenses, inspection support, Food Licenses, and trademarks. We are looking for a simple, proactive Business Development Executive to find new corporate clients, startups, and factories. Your main job will be to understand their compliance needs and sell Dictumnet's services as their legal partner so they can focus on growing their business.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Marketing & Sales: Actively market and sell our suite of services, specifically:
Labor & Employee Benefits: ESI, PF registrations, and monthly return filings.
Licensing: Labor law licenses and Food Licenses (FSSAI).
Protection: Trademark registration and intellectual property support.
Consultancy: Offering critical support during official labor inspections.
- Lead Generation: Identify and target industries, factories, retail chains, and startups that heavily require statutory compliances.
- Client Pitching: Connect with business owners, HR heads, and finance directors to explain the legal importance of our services and close deals.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze a prospective client's current setup, identify what compliance gaps they have, and suggest the right Dictumnet solutions.
- Relationship Building: Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and nurture long-term relationships to encourage repeat business or referrals.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
