Title: Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to lead digital campaigns, drive measurable growth, and optimize marketing performance across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram
- Manage tracking and analytics using Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and Google Analytics
- Execute Email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, AiSensy, or Watee
- Create and optimize landing pages for better conversions (preferred)
- Monitor campaign performance and generate actionable insights using Power BI or similar reporting tools
- Analyze ROI, audience behavior, and campaign effectiveness to improve performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals
Required Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing/Digital Marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and remarketing strategies
- Good understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to independently manage and scale campaigns
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Preferred background in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields
