Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced .NET Technical Architect with strong hands-on expertise in engineering development and enterprise solution architecture. The ideal candidate will drive scalable system design, enforce engineering standards, and lead AI-assisted development practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using ASP.NET Core, C# 10+, and .NET 6/7/8
- Implement and enforce design patterns including CQRS, Repository, Mediator, Factory, Strategy, Decorator, and Event Sourcing
- Lead performance optimization, memory profiling, and bottleneck resolution
- Conduct code reviews focusing on scalability, security, and maintainability
- Collaborate with Product Managers, UX teams, and stakeholders on roadmap planning and sprint execution
- Identify technical debt, delivery risks, and dependency concerns proactively
- Support CI/CD pipeline architecture and platform reliability initiatives
AI-Augmented Engineering:
- Hands-on usage of GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT/GPT-4, or similar AI coding assistants
- Utilize AI tools for code generation, design reviews, documentation, refactoring, and vulnerability analysis
- Apply prompt engineering techniques for development and architecture tasks
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and code quality
