Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who can provide excellent customer support and ensure a smooth experience for users of the Suvich app. The candidate should be comfortable handling customer queries via chat, calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries through calls, chat, WhatsApp, and email.
- Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
- Assist users with app-related issues, payments, recharge queries, and account concerns.
- Coordinate with astrologers and internal teams when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned department.
- Maintain a professional and customer-friendly approach at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support, Customer Service, Telecalling, or BPO.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Comfortable using smartphones, mobile apps, and CRM tools.
- Ability to handle customer complaints patiently and professionally.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Graduation preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in app-based customer support.
- Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.
