Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated HVAC Project Manager to lead end-to-end execution of HVAC projects. The role involves planning, coordination, execution, and delivery of projects within defined timelines, cost, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete execution of HVAC projects from design coordination to final handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource planning.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal design teams.
- Review HVAC drawings, BOQ, and technical specifications.
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and site execution activities.
- Monitor installation, testing, commissioning (T&C) of HVAC systems.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and project specifications.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and labor workforce efficiently.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Resolve technical and site execution issues promptly.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and client communication.
- Ensure project completion within agreed timelines and cost control.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- B.E. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC project execution.
- Strong knowledge of VRF/VRV, Chillers, Ducting, Piping, and AHU systems.
- Ability to read and interpret HVAC drawings and MEP coordination drawings.
- Excellent project management and leadership skills.
- Strong communication and client handling abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Project / Excel preferred.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
