Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Print Designer for our textile and saree design division. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent colour understanding, and good experience in creating textile print designs using Photoshop and related software.
The candidate should be capable of developing unique, production-ready print concepts with accurate colour matching and attention to fine design details.
Responsibilities
- Creating original digital print designs for sarees and fabrics
- Developing floral, traditional, contemporary, and fashion-oriented print concepts
- Preparing production-ready print files with proper repeat settings
- Working on colour matching and colour correction for fabric printing
- Using Photoshop and design software efficiently for textile artwork development
- Understanding fabric aesthetics, print placement, and overall visual balance
- Coordinating with production and printing teams for design execution
- Maintaining high-quality detailing and finishing in all artworks
- Researching trends and developing fresh design ideas regularly
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
- Good understanding of colour combinations and colour matching
- Creative eye with strong attention to detail
- Prior experience in textile or digital print designing
- Ability to create unique and market-relevant designs
- Understanding of repeat patterns and print production preferred
- Knowledge of saree/fabric design aesthetics is a plus
Preferred Experience
- 2+ years experience in textile or digital print design
- Experience in saree or fashion textile industry preferred
