Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 3 to 5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable candidates to meet organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
- Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Follow up with candidates and ensure timely closures
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
- Good organizational and time management skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in NGO / Corporate hiring
- Familiarity with ATS and recruitment tools
