We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director Indian Degrees Business to lead and grow our undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, and online blended program offerings from UGC-approved universities.
This role requires a proven sales leader with the ability to build high-performing teams, develop strategic partnerships, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
- Key Responsibilities
- Revenue Sales Growth
- Own and deliver revenue targets for the Indian Degrees business.
- Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
- Drive business growth across B2B, channel partners, and GCC networks.
- Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and inspire regional sales teams, partner managers, and channel partners.
- Establish performance-driven reporting, pipeline reviews, and accountability frameworks.
- Market Expansion
- Identify, onboard, and manage distribution partners including education agents, colleges, EdTech platforms, and digital affiliates.
- Build and strengthen long-term partner relationships to maximize business growth.
- University Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with partner universities on admissions strategies, program launches, and student acquisition initiatives.
- Provide market insights to improve program positioning and competitiveness.
- Sales Operations
- Implement efficient CRM-driven sales processes, lead management, and conversion tracking.
- Work closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and improve conversion rates.
- Strategic Growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and student demand to identify growth opportunities.
- Build partnerships with corporates, career counseling organizations, and educational institutions.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
- 12 years of progressive sales leadership experience.
- Experience in Higher Education, EdTech, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven success in B2B sales and channel partner management.
- Strong network within the education ecosystem including agents, institutions, and corporate partners.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and data-driven sales management.
