Job Description
Edexe Learning is looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Research Methodology Faculty to deliver high-quality online classes for UGC NET Paper I. The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge in Research Aptitude and Research Methodology and be capable of delivering engaging, concept-based, and exam-oriented sessions that help students succeed in the UGC NET examination.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct live online classes for UGC NET Paper I – Research Methodology
- Teach topics including Research Methodology, Research Process, Types of Research, Research Design, Sampling Techniques, Data Collection Methods, Hypothesis, Research Ethics, and Report Writing.
- Prepare well-structured PPTs, study materials, assignments, and practice questions.
- Create topic-wise tests and previous year question discussions.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide academic support to students.
- Deliver concept-based, interactive, and exam-oriented sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest UGC NET syllabus, exam pattern, and question trends.
- Coordinate with the academic team regarding class schedules, content submissions, and student progress.
- Submit academic content within the timelines provided by the academic team.
- Contribute to the development of high-quality learning resources.
Requirements
- Strong subject knowledge in Research Aptitude and Research Methodology.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Experience in teaching UGC NET or other competitive examinations is an added advantage.
- Ability to prepare quality academic content, PPTs, and assessment materials.
- Comfortable delivering online classes through virtual platforms.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding aspirants.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in both Malayalam and English is mandatory.
