Job title : Interior Site Engineer / Supervisor
Job Description :
- Experience of all kinds of Interior work - False ceiling, Electricals, Painting, Carpentry, Modular Kitchen – Wardrobe (components/hardware/ installation), Polishing, Stone work, Finishing work, Furniture, Glass work, Plumbing, Tiling.
- Planning & execution of projects.
- Should Posses Experience in Guiding / Directing and Execution of Interior Projects.
- Should be Familiar with Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantity, Sourcing of Project Materials.
- Finalization of Vendors / Sub- Contractors for Execution of Interior Works.
- Effective Liaison / Co- ordination with Suppliers, Clients, Sub- contractors.
- Submission of RI Bills and follow up for Payment.
- Theoretical knowledge of drawing, estimations, BBS, rate of analysis, specification, design and modes of measurement.
- Execution of Substructure work along with pile foundation Superstructure work.
- Quality control and safety management.
- Co–ordination between all vendors & contractors for the timely completion of project.
- Project reports updating on daily basis.
- Experience in Procuring all material for Interior related works.
- To check the work value against planned on daily basis.
- Planning the next day effectively & following up.
- To ensure execution done as per drawing & specification.
- Motivating the staff to maintain core values at site.
- Candidates should be able to study drawings & detailing. He should have a good command on labour & should be able to make DLR & DPR.
- Should have good communication & coordination skills.
- Ability to understand and evaluate a site issue& provide a solution effectively.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- B.Tech (Civil) or Diploma in Civil.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Interior site execution.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
