Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer – Machine Shop to support manufacturing processes, process optimization, productivity improvement, and troubleshooting of machine shop operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, improve and standardize manufacturing processes in the machine shop.
- Analyze process issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Support production teams in troubleshooting machine and process-related problems.
- Improve productivity, process capability, quality and cycle time.
- Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions and SOPs.
- Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering teams.
- Support new product introduction and process development activities.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor process parameters and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing / machine shop environment.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and industrial equipment.
- Experience in process improvement and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Kaizen / 5S will be an advantage.
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
