Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and motivate the sales team, drive lead generation activities, conduct client meetings and site visits, and ensure successful closure of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, achieving revenue targets, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and relationship managers.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance against KPIs.
- Conduct regular training, coaching, and performance reviews.
- Develop strategies to improve team productivity and conversion rates.
- Generate qualified leads through various channels, including referrals, digital marketing campaigns, channel partners, and networking activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, investors, brokers, and channel partners.
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties.
- Schedule and conduct property presentations and site visits.
- Provide detailed information regarding projects, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Address customer queries and objections professionally.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead qualification to booking and final closure.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, CRM, and operations teams to ensure smooth documentation and transaction processing.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Requirement:
Bachelor's Degree
Min. 4-6 years of work experience with Lead Generation
Min 3- 4year of experience in handling team with end-to-end sales closure,
Only Real Estate Experience required.
