Job Description:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring accurate and timely service delivery
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client requests, including document attestations and corporate services
- Drive revenue growth by converting leads into paying clients and achieving monthly/quarterly targets
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls with high-priority corporate clients when required (approximately 20% of the role)
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance in all client interactions, documentation, and reporting
- Manage vendor relationships, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of services
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and external agencies for document processing and client support
- Ensure adherence to company policies, data protection regulations, and service standards
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in corporate client servicing, account management, or operations
- Proven ability to convert leads and drive revenue
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in vendor coordination, process management, and third-party service handling is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, CRM systems, and document management tools
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
