We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to promote our IT services, generate business leads, and strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for marketing in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the company's IT products and services to potential clients.
- Generate new business leads through online and offline marketing activities.
- Identify and approach prospective clients via email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Coordinate with the Sales team for lead qualification and conversion.
- Prepare marketing presentations, proposals, and promotional materials.
- Manage social media platforms and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and industry trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, networking events, and client meetings.
- Maintain CRM/database of leads and provide regular marketing reports.
- Assist in branding initiatives and promotional campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT services and technology.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, BBA, B.Com, BCA, MBA (Marketing), or a related field.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in IT marketing will be an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Lead Generation, Email Marketing, or B2B Marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Marketing, and Google Ads is an added advantage.
- Understanding of software development, cloud services, recruitment, staffing, or IT consulting will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
