We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Relationship Manager to handle B2B sales through channel partners (brokers). The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with channel partners, driving project sales, and expanding the company’s broker network.Company

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a strong network of channel partners / brokers
- Conduct regular meetings, site visits, and presentations with channel partners
- Drive sales through CPs (Channel Partners) for assigned real estate projects
- Ensure daily follow-ups and engagement with brokers for lead generation
- Maintain and update CRM with partner interactions and deal status
- Organize broker meets, events, and activations to boost sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through B2B channels
- Provide timely project updates, inventory details, and offers to CPs
- Coordinate with internal teams for closure and documentation
- Build long-term relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in Real Estate Sales (Preffered)
- Strong network of channel partners / brokers in Gurugram/Delhi NCR
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented with a go-getter attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Graduation is mandatory
Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
- Daily calls & meetings with channel partners
- Number of active brokers onboarded
- Monthly site visits generated through CPs
- Revenue generated via channel sales
- Conversion ratio from lead to closure
